The Lost Atlantis Story

First ever Official Management & Artist Development company built at the world-famous Rock & Queens music academy — where Ed Sheeran and other huge names studied.

The Lost Atlantis Records began in 2017, after Charlene Jones and her band academically documented and discovered the real Atlantis. She carried that story into her branding and formed Lost Atlantis Records to help talented individuals — singers, songwriters, bands, DJs and rap/hip-hop artists — develop their careers.

Artists become part of the Management and Artist Development Programme, supported by an experienced and established team dedicated to progressing you, whether you are at an early or established stage of your career.

Within our team we bring good energy and good vibes, and we treat our artists and team like family — bringing a real sense of belonging.

A professional singer-songwriter, artist developer and manager, Charlene founded The Lost Atlantis Records in 2017 after she and her band academically documented and discovered the real Atlantis — a story she carried straight into the brand.

She leads the Management and Artist Development Programme, which is now recognised and has influenced and inspired artist development programmes within the academic and music industry.

How does The Lost Atlantis Records support artists and DJs across different genres?+

We offer comprehensive artist management and development tailored to the unique needs of musicians and DJs across all genres — career guidance, branding strategy, booking assistance and industry networking. Our team works closely with each artist to develop their sound, increase visibility and connect them with the right collaborators and venues.

How much does music management cost?+

Fees depend on the scope of services and the artist's career stage, and follow an industry-standard commission model — usually 15% to 20% of established DJs' earnings. For upcoming DJs it is a retainer of £600–£800 per month depending on employment or student status. Artist Development is £1,800 per month. Contact us for a detailed quote for your goals.

How long is the Management or Development programme?+

Artist Development runs for 6 months, with the option to extend to 12 months.

How long has Lost Atlantis Records been running?+

Since 2017, founded by professional singer-songwriter OfficialCharlene (Charlene Jones).
